At Family Orthodontics, we want to make your smile the best it can be! The first step in that process is a complimentary initial exam, during which time Dr. Webb will assess your orthodontic needs. If treatment is necessary, we will then schedule a separate appointment for records which includes digital X-rays, photographs and study models. From this information, she will formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan which will then be discussed at your conference appointment. Necessary appointments will then be scheduled to get you started on your orthodontic journey!

Scheduling Appointments
Because we need to keep our afternoon appointments available for patients being seen on a monthly basis, we schedule all initial exams, conferences, and long appointments before 1pm. Once in braces, visiting us every 4-6 weeks is an essential part of your orthodontic treatment. Throughout your orthodontic treatment, we will continue to discuss all procedures and treatment options thoroughly with you. We want you to fully understand all aspects of your treatment and feel comfortable and relaxed while in our care. We will work with you to make sure that your appointments are scheduled around your busy schedule, so that you will spend less time in the dental chair, and more time enjoying the things you love to do.

We understand that "life happens," so if you're running late or need to reschedule, please let us know, and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. When you're ready to schedule your first appointment, call our practice at (508) 234-9229; we're looking forward to working with you.

Visiting the dentist during orthodontic treatment
It is very important that you continue to visit your family dentist at least once every six months during your orthodontic treatment for teeth cleanings and routine dental checkups. If extra dental care is needed, we will be happy to coordinate with your family dentist to make sure that you are receiving the best care possible.
